Stereo Designer is a versatile and user-friendly tool for stereo shaping within iOS environments, supporting Audiobus and Inter-app Audio. It facilitates the creation of expansive stereo images, the "stereoization" of mono sources, mid/side processing, as well as independent high and low pass filtering per channel.

Designed to handle signals from synthesizers, drum machines, and numerous other applications via Audiobus, Stereo Designer can also operate as an effect within DAWs such as GarageBand, Auria, Cubasis, and AudioShare through Audiobus or Inter-app Audio compatibility.

The application supports Core MIDI through the Camera Connection Kit, USB MIDI interfaces, Virtual MIDI, and WiFi connections. Its MIDI Learn functionality allows intuitive assignment of hardware controller knobs and sliders to various effect parameters.

Stereo Designer features two operational modes:

1. PERFORM mode centers around four XY touch pads for real-time control over LOW PASS, DELAY, PAN, and OUTPUT GAIN independently for each channel.
2. TWEAK mode offers large sliders and additional parameters for detailed fine-tuning of sound characteristics.

Beyond Audiobus and Inter-app Audio support, Stereo Designer accommodates external instruments including guitars, voices, and synthesizers by connecting microphones or professional audio interfaces such as the Apogee Jam, ONE, or other compatible USB audio devices. Guitarists can utilize the plugin for live effects by routing their output through an amplifier.
